The Barnett Model #7771 sheet metal roller offers fast, accurate stress-free forming of skin-lap doublers up to 16 inches wide. It can form compound or diminishing radius curves for working in aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel up to .125-inch thickness.

Indiana A & P Designer Steve Barnett originally designed the Model #7771 Triple Crown sheet metal roller to perform B737 skin lap modifications. His goal: a tool designed to save time and money while offering quality and consistency. This tool produces superior fit and finish for the aircraft fuselage.
